Anyone Do Facebook Ads? HELP!

Hi there,

Im trying to set up FB ads, but getting stuck on the very 1st step where its asking my website destination.

Im typing it in, and the loading thing starts spinning like its searching then just stops and thats it. Im not making any mistakes in the url, ive tried a million times now with http:// etc etc, so basically it has nothing to do with that.

Its as though, it doesn't think the website exists, which obviously it does.

Any ideas on how i can fix this?

If anyone wants to try themselves it's: jonnybalfour.com

What i was originally trying was using my tracking link (Adtracks Gold)
as i want to track conversions etc, but as that did not work, i just went to basics and used the normal URL.

Any ideas how to fix this would be great!

Thanks

I think the problem is that you first tried with your tracking link. I would delete all my cookies, log out, log back in and start over with a new ad. If it still doesn't work, try to contact support.

That might be a browser problem. Try using another one, chrome, opera, ie etc.

Then when adding the url just type www exclude the http then let FB do the search.

No, tried a different browser and it still is not that.

Surely someone else has experienced this problem before.

For FB ads, I prefer to use the FB page as the landing page from the ads. Because with it, I can get more likes (fans). I see it as a list building.
