RSS- which option is better ??

Which would you say is a better option in terms of getting interest

- submit an Rss feed to rss directories when you have loads of content uploaded from your source (eg blog)

or submit the rss feed to the directories when you have just 1 peice of content, and then submit it, and as time goes on, i add more content regularly, then the rss feed directories will update and show the New content on my rss feed.?

in other words...

1)- Submit an Rss feed to some rss directories 'now' where my blog 'only' has 3 articles only, then i increase the articles to 10 in time, then the Rss feed will automatically

2) - wait until i have 10 articles and 'then' submit it this via an rss feed, after i have 10 articles.

so submit with 3 articles, and then keep updating until i get to 10? or 'wait' until i have uploaded 10 articles, and 'then' submit this for to the rss directories?

and do the rss directories submit their site/ with new titles of our blog posts when you just submit 'once'? or do you have to keep submitting the same thing to the same rss directory, when you have included new posts?

      you speaking from experince?

      and will these updates Push the listing to the 'top' of the category for my listing?

      (as some listings get burried down as time goes on) will submitting posts etc, make my listing go up (just like forum posts ont his forum) or do rss directories not work like that ?

    Submit ASAP. Then ping each time you add something new.

    There is a difference between submitting and pinging. Submitting is a one-time process that tells a site you have an RSS pheed. Pinging is done at each update and tells the site that your RSS pheed has changed/been updated.

    Some sites, you just submit. Other sites you just ping. Some sites you must submit (register) before you ping. Technorati is one that you should submit to before pinging.

      Option 1 will not only get you more attention tgo your content from your rss readers but also you will have more chances to rank high in search engine as the search engine spiders will get more fresh content more often.

        I said ASAP, which is #1. In case of a language difference problem, ASAP means "as soon as possible".

        However, because for some reason the OP asked the same question twice, the second time reversing the order of the answers, I didn't give a number to avoid confusion.
