Transfering Members of an Autoresponder List to a New Site Owner?

Hey everyone,

I'm not really sure how this works. If I have a website, and I build a list through that site, and I happen to sell the site, is there any way to get that email list to the new owner?

I don't know if you can do this with aweber?

Is there any autoresponder companies that allow this with no headaches?

    you should ask your provider im pretty sure aweber has a import export option or you may have to

    My first question is do you have the permission to be transferring the list to a new person? What does your privacy policy say? Most of them say you will not rent, share or trade their details to anyone. So make sure you are able to be transferring those email addresses to someone else.

      Never mind, I just searched Google a different way and found the answer I was looking for, I just have to contact aweber and be sure this is still the policy.
