    For me, I don't like buying websites there. It is not that good unlike other sites that are selling websites. Just saying..

    If you want a profitable site, you have to make your research. Google search the domain and review the different feedbacks. You should ask for an Analytics proof if the seller did not provide one. Check the content of the website if it's original. If you are going to look for websites in flippa.com, check the user trust rating of the seller. For payment transactions, use Escrow, PayPal, and other methods where the payment can be traced.
