Affiliate Disclosure - Make Sure You Have Yours Or No $$$

I got an email from my main affiliate program manager telling me that my site was not in compliance with the FTC disclosure rules and that if I wanted to get paid this month I would have to bring it into compliance.

I've been meaning to, really I have.

So make sure you have your disclosure according to FTC rules.

    Unless there is a real specific term in the affiliate contract conditioning payment on having a set disclosure, you'll get paid. Did the merchant return customers' money because you didn't have a disclosure?

    It's a dedicated program for a specific product, not one of the big platforms.

    Unless there is a real specific term in the affiliate contract conditioning payment on having a set disclosure, you'll get paid.
    I must admit I haven't read the terms lately. I've been promoting the site for several years. I will check and let you all know.

    Did the merchant return customers' money because you didn't have a disclosure?
    He just said if I didn't get the site in compliance he would hold my payment.

    It took all of 3 minutes to add the disclosure, so no problem. I just forgot, so thought I would post a reminder for others who may be as scatter-brained as myself.
