Best way to expand

Hi all

I've almost got a product developed, it's an educational course which can be done online on the website or on your iPad and soon iPhone and Android

I'm looking into ways to rapidly expand the business within the two markets it'll be in - UK and Spain to start off with and am pondering what the best way to go about it would be...

I'm currently thinking of some kind of mult-tier marketing/ ambassador programme/ affiliate schemes but I'm not sure exactly how to go about doing it.

I definitely like the idea of having an online affiliate scheme where people would promote the product and am very interested in it becoming multi level as I believe this will make it expand quicker but I'm questioning how this will be achieved without being like a pyramid scheme which is illegal

I'm also interested in some kind of "Ambassador" programme where people can become ambassadors for it but then that's a type of multi-level/pyramid kind of scheme too. Maybe have their own online ambassador profile. I'm interested in having real people promote it in real life.

I'm seeing it being done with this Vemma company and their Verve energy drink (but I believe their using their products to cover up a pyramid scheme).

I could sell it as a physical product in the sense of a coupon kind of card, like the ones which you can buy in store for iTunes, for gaming etc. where you'd get a code on the back to enter online to redeem.

I'm also questioning how ethical these methods are and how it could potentially toxify my brand.

    First you should generate some regular sales in this online version then can move on to selling it as a physical product.

    As for converting it into a physical product, then convert it into a series of step by step videos, and physical printable products.

    So you are turning it into a physical product.
    Then use Vervante the fulfilment company to ship out to your customers’ door, via your sales page where you would be selling it.

    So Create the physical version of the product --> Create sales page -->
    Visitors land on your sales page --> They purchase the product

    --> Vervante ship out the physical product to their door.


    As for affiliates, you can offer affiliates 70% commission for promoting this course for you and making sales. There are many scripts and services which can set up this affiliate script for you.

    Benefit of a physical course is that you can get higher profit margins VS just selling it as an online course.

    As for the material in the physical version, this can be CD-ROMs, DVD Roms, physical printed booklets, binder reports. Check sheets, etc.
