I really like how the site Official Double Your Dating | David DeAngelo's Double Your Dating is designed with optin boxes at the top and the sidebar and how the content in the sidebar dynamically changes.

I initially thought this site was built in wordpress but I guess not.

Is it possible to build a site like this in wordpress especially with the sidebar features.

    Yes you can, just add in what you want for the sidebar.. Opt in form from Aweber. As for the rotating script, it can be found by googling something like, 'rotating banner javascript'
