Online Store HELP

I am putting together an online store through synthasite.com/Yola.com. I used their built in store feature and added all my products, using Paypal as my method of receiving payments. The problem?? I only have one of each item. There is no way of stopping a customer from purchasing something that has already been bought (until I have time to remove it)... Would my only option be to send the customer and invoice through Paypal and not use this store feature? How professional is it to send the customer an invoice instead of having them outright buy on your website? Does anyone have any suggestions...

    Many stores give you the ability to enter the quantity of an item and then it will not let you sell more than that. If yours doesn't then you may want to switch to one that does.

    buyitsellit.com is one I know that does that but I'm sure there are many more out there.
