Using Hop Ad Builder in Clickbank

I am currently using the Hop Ad Builder in Clickbank to put ads on my blog. I want to put a banner ad at the top of my blog before my posts but do not know where to paste the code.
Can somebody please help me.

      The site is in my signature Build Muscle Strength and I want to place my ads at the top of each page before the first post.
