Friend of mine is a Veterinarian and has a fairly large email list of clients. Without totally alienating his clientele (doesn't want to hard sell), what are some good ways he can leverage his list to increase revenue? |

I'll play Captain Obvious on this one. Start out by simply improving his relationship with his clients by sending good content emails. Then proceed to coupon promotions etc. |

Plus monthly specials on teeth cleaning, heartworm meds, flea treatment, spay and neuter. Training tips, health care advice, behavioral problem solutions. Might also partner with a local pet supply store to offer "specials" just for the vet's customers. Coupons for the high end pet food the vet sells in the office. The goal should be repeat visits and customer loyalty. If there's a new breakthrough treatment, tell them about it and provide more info about it in the office. Give great advice and provide "offers", not hard sells. kay |

As always, Warriors come through! Thank you for your help. You've given me some good ideas that will help out a hard working, local vet. Any additional ideas are still welcome! |

But like Don said don't forget some good, free content or you risk just irritating them. | |
