    ...what about something very easy?:

    1-What is SEO?
    2-SEO in 2013
3-The so called On Page SEO
    4-The other SEO
    5-Practices to avoid

Or just pick up a MMR SEO course and see how it is organized.

  • Why not take the participants through your thought process when you plan out and implement an SEO strategy, teaching them along the way.

Having things like, "What is SEO?" and "Local SEO" is good, but it's been done so many times. While it may educate your "listeners/watchers", is it really going to offer anything unique or actionable?

I don't know how much you are getting paid for these webinars or what level of effort/amount of time you are willing to put into this project, but why not set up a "dummy" Wordpress site (plain wordpress install, default theme, a few articles, etc) and take them through the process you would use if you were SEOing this site yourself, start to finish.

    Eg.
"OK folks, here is a site. If I were working on this myself, the first thing I would do is try to get a link from Tom Cruises Facebook page. The reason I am doing this is because______. Here is how I would specifically do it________. Then, after that is done, I would do this_______. Here's why______. And so on....

I am just rambling on, though...the above approach may not be effective for what you're trying to do at all...

I would start by explaining the terms first - nothing is self explanatory if you are a newcomer.
