Default Organize your articles, make more money!

Hi,

I seem to have collected and written more articles than i care to mention, and now they are getting out of control! At last count I must have 400 + articles on my hard drive!

I just wondered....i cant be the only one in this mess.

How do you people track what article is being used and where!

For example I might have written an article and posted it to various article directories and maybe used it on some of my sites...

I have a simple system but there must be a better way of doing this!

Basically i'm using an excel spread sheet to track my articles, so i know what i've done with them, what keywords im using for each article, word count, and other basic info.

Any help or ideas on organizing your articles is much appreciated.

Look forward to your responses.

As my title suggests, I personally think that an organized person stands to make much more money than an unorganized person...what do you guys think? In this game too, articles are a major player in any IM business plan.

Hey Willy,

I was in the same situation as you which is when I decided to create my own software program that would let me organize the dozens, and dozens, of different articles and PLR files on my computer.

I eventually (with feedback from those in the War Room who got access to it) added the ability to add personal notes on each file, so now I could track what sites I submitted my articles to, when I submitted them, and the marketing results they got me.

Dunno if it's what your looking for, but you can check it out here: Simple Info Organizer - The World's Best Notes Management Software

Or do a search on Google for "notes management software" and you'll see other programs that might be what you need.

Hope that helps you out!
