Problem uploading image to Fiverr

Hello guys!

I was about to create a brand new Fiverr gig, but the problem is that Fiverr always gives me a message after trying to save like this:

1 error prevented this gig from being saved

Photo is too small. Minimum image size: 680x459 pixels
I already tried the smaller one, won't work.

I already tried the exact pixel size, still prevented me.

I even tried 1,000 pixels, still won't let me.

I even tried 4,000x2,000 pixels, still pisses me off.

My God! Please help me guys!!! Thanks a lot!

Jeff

    Dear Jeff,

I can understand the frustration. You can try to save your image as jpg format and then try to get the exact pixel for your site.

    Try the following solutions:
    a) Convert the image to jpg format with exact pixel size with a good quality.

    b) Try different browser.i.e. google chrome or mozilla

    c) If the above fail then try the following link as ask for help and they are very quick at resolving the issue within an hour:

    Fiverr Customer Support

this will resolve your issue very quickly. Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Swrajit

Yes the above answer is most spot on. I use Fiverr and they get fussy about these things. I use Firefox web browser. And if you've got a Windows desktop, I use MS paint and put in the exact pixels they require. This usually works for me!
