Trial Account of Getresponse have Expired

Hi,

I just wonder what will happen to my Trial Account of Getresponse, it's already Expired., but when I check the forms that I have created, they are still working normally and an email confirmation was sent to me that I have new subscribers. (I just subscribe myself using dummy email

It's 1 month now that I still did not subscribe for the monthly or yearly fee because I'm still preparing my new Blogs that might really use an autoresponder and start my list.

    I would assume that you will have to get the paid account in order to access it and get any type of analytics or data. Maybe they won't send out your follow up emails anymore as well? I don't use it, but I'm sure that you will have extremely limited to no functionality until you pay.

      I just checked my dummy email, still it's receiving the Series of Autoresponders message I have setup for that campaign, I try to login too in getresponse and try to create a form to see if they will allow me, i selected a template and make some fields, no restrictions at all, o I stop and did not continue to create because I don't need any forms.

      I notice only that there is warning at the top that my Trial account for 30 days have already expired.. but I's okay because I'm still not earning from my list too. But I just thankful that previous campaign and forms still working the same, I can continue to build my list for farther testing, because I'm new also to this autoresponder things a newbei IM

        Actually there are restrictions.

        I've checked the status of your account. No contacts are being added, because it's expired and you will not be able to send any emails. Our support team are checking on why you are getting notifications about sign-ups. They'll correct it, but we look forward to you upgrading to a paid account, hopefully soon.           Thanks for the information. Yeah I will contact the Customer service once I'm ready. I'm still preparing and looking for a good Auto Responder scripts for my chosen niche, once I have all this scripts, I will definitely reactivate my getresponse account so I can add all the scripts for autoresponder series.

            Just drop support an email or IM about this one soon. Not about reactivating, but to make sure what kind of time you have as far as contacts being saved and so on. There's no obligation of course.

    When a trial account goes dormant, the forms cease working. There may be a glitch here which is causing you to believe they are working or it might be something else. In any case, I would assume that any subscribers gathered while your account is not active, will not be saved. Any that were collected while the account was in trial mode will be kept for a time, but I wouldn't assume you can just let it sit there and come back to it whenever you wish. In your case, I would strongly recommend you contact our customer service team and ask them to check on this account.
