Best Email Subscription Plugin For Wordpress ?

I have started a wordpress blog recently and added subscribe 2 plugin for email notification.I have got about 55+ subscribers but the problem is that almost 80% of emails are going to spam folder ..

So i want to know is there any better plugins for that ? or any good email marketing website which provides instant email notification type plugin for wordpress or something like that?


Can anyone please help me ?

    I would like to know this too. How to collect subscribers to my blog? Would the best case scenario be to use a company like mailchimp to collect and blast?

    You should really be using a service like Aweber or ConstantContact who are constantly monitoring their servers to try to make sure emails make it to the inbox. Their plugins are free, but not their service. But then again, it doesn't matter how many subscribers you have if they all go to spam

    I would suggest to use free mailchimp account..... I knew there is a plugin for mailchim that is free as well. Do Google and you will get everything with mailchimp for free

      Oh i see..So do their plugin have the option to send instant email notification on every new post ? ..I dont want any digest type emails to be sent , i need instant email notification

      I have asked them but they said their plugin does not have option to send instant email notification on every new posts.It just sends scheduled digest type emails

    Both mailchimp and aweber are good email service providers and I use them a lot. However, there are cases when you want to send your own emails, from your own server ( maybe not for upsell, but support emails, services emails ), or you want to connect your current user base to your email provider. It is true that you can import your emails into mailchimp or aweber, but there just may be too much notices that will led you to high costs.

    If you use a plugin to send emails, make sure that it uses your SMTP server to send emails. If they are not using smtp then all emails are destined to the spam folder. Then, make sure that you are not sending too much emails at once.

    I needed something like this one day, and I built a plugin for this. I indended to publish it but it is only 95% finished and I miss some important features, but hopefuly I will give it a go in the next months.

    Do anyone know whether aweber has a plugin for wordpress which allows us to collect subscribers as well as send instant email notification to the subscribers ?

    Mailchimp plugin does not have such instant email notification plugin , so please help me

    Welcome gate is one of the best plugins to quickly build an email list for your blogs. If you want to get more email subscribers this will be the best option for you. and with this your mails won't go to spam any more.

    There is no such a wp plugin for the aweber or mailchimp. You need to register for it. www.aweber.com and www.mailchimp.com. Then create a opt in form for you site if you use aweber.
