The site looks amateur. If you did get traffic, it would bounce immediately. There is no good reason to visit that site. The content is rehashed from other places. When I visit the site, I do not get the feeling that you are an authority on health and fitness. Your navigation bar makes me think the site is about a bunch of random crap. The domain name does not fit the navigational bar. It would help if you were to clean up the site to make it more professional, but that is not the only problem. Your content needs more substance. To validate your points, you could cite specific university studies that are in agreement with what you are saying. A few hundred word opinion piece on a cookie cutter site, with no social media presence or comments to date, is not something Google gets too excited about. You could always buy traffic, but it would not be worth your money. Your quality score would be so low that you would pay way too much for ads. You need to make a better site, and improve your content. If you are not sure how to do so, you should read up on site building. If you don't have time to do learn about it, you could always hire someone.

Thank you for your opinion, but can you give me more explanation about what do you mean by "The content is rehashed from other places"?

And what the main problem of the content, Is it grammatical error or something else?

        Thanks...

        This. Exactly.

You wouldn't want to be attracting traffic to this site as it stands, I'm afraid.

You'd be far, far better off targeting one specific niche, not a combined mixture of two of the world's biggest markets which cover hundreds of niches between them. Targeting translates into income (eventually - if you get everything else right, but at least it's a starting-point on which to build, and at the moment you don't really have that. Sorry!).

Agreed with above. Your better bet is to go for a single health condition and try to become a semi authority around that. This site would lead to an instant bounce i.e. people will come and go.

Man at least put in alittle more work on the template, site structure. IT looks really bad. Take away those ad blocks first, those site counters are just annoying.

I would work on the site design as of right now. The big gray header block looks ugly. I would stray away from having too many ads on the home page. The big ad blocks in the center smash your content and make everything look distorted. Remember your users are coming to your site for the content not for the ads. Your content should stand out and be the main focal point on the home page. Don't use a three column design, I would suggest maybe using two columns or even just one. Also your navigation bar looks like its for a news site when your site is just for health and fitness.

Work on your site layout until it looks professional (come back here for opinions along the way, I'm sure anyone would be happy to help you). After that it's all about link building and SEO. Do some research on SEO and try to implement it on your site. Promote your site on forums, blogs, etc, but don't be annoying, just throwing your link around won't get you much. You need to be helpful and constructive, for example if someone on a health forum is asking about gout, give them your advice and THEN a link to the article on your site.

I've read a post in SeoMoz, and I agreed with them. Do it 90/10.

You'd make your on-site stuffs such as:

    - Get rid of the blank space on the topest or you should create a logo or qualitfied ads and put it there instead of it now.
    - Why your main post title uses H2 that the same with sub-heading! That's confusing and ugly looking without any basic SEO in the codes.
    - Why the author box blank! I hate it.
-Your risk your Adsense account ban because when I click to read post detail, the first thing I see is Adsense Ads without content.
    - What about getting rid of those ugly footer stufs like Add you blog, Blog directy, Blog stat and blah ....
    - What about cleaning up the sidebar if without any ads!
    - What about time to use self-hosted site instead of blogger!
    - The template is suck with some code validation issue as well as the worst basic SEO friendly theme.
    - It bother me a lot to look at your blog (no offend here, but your visitors will likely be the same with me)

Focus on your on-page factors such as Design & Content first before wasting the traffic when they are visiting and gone without looking back.

That's my critism for development purpose so don't look me wrong guy!

I just wanna tell you that most of the links in the signature are trash and/or a trap to make you pay!

@run has mentioned the things, you must do. I am just wondering, why you are using blogger rather using your own hosting?

I went to your blog expecting to find something really hideous design wise but I've seen worse.

Don't understand all the different categories you've got going on there though, all over the place. Seems to be a heath & fitness blog yet you've got categories for business, entertainment, tech and travel?

Your subject is far too broad. This won't attract more people it will attract less as it's just too clustered and not specific enough for people who will see it, not find what they are looking for then leave. Niche down to one very specific area and focus on that.

Now to get traffic is as simple as identifying your target audience (demographics and type of people etc) then finding out where they are on the web and getting your content or adverts in front of them, whether it be though content marketing (syndication / guest blogging), forum posting, blog commenting, banner ads, videos, PPC or whatever else you can come up with.

Definitely not focused enough - way too scattered in terms of your targeting of keywords. You go from constipation to dandruff - what will attract more traffic from the SERP's is being more focused on a certain topic and then having a mix of content around sub-keywords that focus on that top-level topic. Example, your top level topic may be Digestion around which you cover IBS, Constipation, Acid Reflux, etc...

Once you get your focus nailed, then backlinks from social network bookmarks, videos, syndicated content, forums, etc... will help you rank higher and get more traffic to your content.

well what have you done to market it? Are you using the if you build it they will come strategy?

You have to actively go out there and promote your site, contact other health related sites and buy banners on their site, see if you can do a guest post on their site. or see if you can pay for an email advertisement

You can' just build a site and expect traffic to magically come to it.

    Hi,

I would suggest you try the social medias such as twitter, pinterest, and facebook. What is great about it is you will not lose anything because it is free. I know for sure this will work because you can encounter different types of people in there. It also has a broad market.

I will not mention on site factors, as quite a lot of people have mentioned above. You did not state what you did for off site SEO, so I am not sure what you did there.

Either way, for off site SEO concentrate on:
    - social media backlinks (Facebook, Twitter)
    - Social media bookmarks (Digg, StumbleUpon...)
    - Guest posting on relevant blogs
    - Article marketing on relevant article directories

the keywords your targeting are to broad and your not likely to get any search engine traffic from them any time soon, I would suggest doing blog post on sub niches in the health and fitness niche.

I don't think it is all that bad, but I'd try to brand the site with a great logo. Trim the topics down to a few, as the others suggest.

Besides doing what everyone else already said in this thread, you must learn how to write compelling articles.

Your English is poor. You need an editor to correct your mistakes and improve your writing.

Maybe its better if you concentrate on one niche, instead like different like weightloss and hairloss problems etc. Look over you subjectlines also,,for instance the first topic there with the
exclamation mark on the second row,its doesnt look good.

There are already way too many health blogs, which is why you are probably not getting enough traffic.
You have to offer something unique.
