AutoResponder Series Clarity Needed. Is This Right?

I want to advertise for a Live Call.

When the person signs up I want them to added to my list where a 7 Day autoresponder series will begin.

Do I then send a Broadcast message the day the call happens?

The call is the link bait I'm using to build my list. I'll start advertise it 10 days before the call to get people on my list.

Or is it better to have the 7 day series send a recorded call?

Why I'm Asking?
I believe in the power of autoresponder series. I know people will sign up at different times during the call promo time, including day 1 or day 9. So how

How Do I Advertise The Live Call is actually happening now, given they will be at different spots of the autoresponder series.

    There are autoresponders that allow people to also be subscribed
    automatically to a webinar such as GoToWebinar when they join
    your list. The biggest advantage to using such an autoresponder
    is that you can then notify them when replays are available and
    follow up as long as desired... which you can't do if you just
    signed them up to the webinar via the regular webinar platform.

    However, the simple answer to the part of your question about letting
    them know that the call is happening now, if they are on an
    autoresponder, is to simply log in and send a "broadcast"
    message shortly before the call starts letting them know that it's
    starting. That way, you don't have to worry about when they
    signed up for the autoresponder series.
