Didn't pass adsense review, please advise

Hello.

I signed up for adsense for the first time and when they reviewed my site, I got an email that I can now signin to my adsense account, get an ad code and put it on my website and wait for further notice. That was back from February I think. I'm not an expert at coding so I was never able to successfully put my ad code, I asked help and hired someone to do it for me and never replied.

Now I bought a website this month hoping to help me get an approved adsense account. I closed my previous adsense account and created a new gmail, used that to apply for adsense. I put the same details but now it's saying that I got rejected when they reviewed my application because I didn't put the correct details even if I'm sure it's the same as before. I resubmitted my name and complete address, and still got the same email. Any tips on what can I do about it?

    Is it possible that this website you brought has already been flagged up as a problem by google?

    Is your site a Wordpress site? You can easily add the code to the "widgets" in Wordpress without knowing how to code.

    If it is Wordpress and you need help figuring out how to add the code just go to Youtube. There will be plenty of videos showing you how to use the Widget areas. That will also save you a few bucks on hiring someone for a simple job you can do in a few minutes.

    Why not go for some other option? There are lots of Adsense alternatives (for example – Bidvertiser Ad, Chikita, Adhitz etc.).
    But if you are reluctant to use Adsense, try to improve your contents and then re-apply for Adsense.

    No no, you don't understand.

    I know there are other alternatives than adsense like Bidvertiser and Chitika but I'm first trying out with adsense.

    This is what appears in the email:

    "We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:
    - Contact address incorrect, incomplete or not provided"

    I entered the same details as before and still I'm getting this message.

    This doesn't mean that my account has been rejected yet right so there must be something wrong. Anyone experienced this before?
