Heres a website that nobody here knows about or is using Student Job Search These are university students in New Zealand - SJS acts as a free recruitment company so they will screen the candidates for you. There is no escrow, you are the direct employer. They all speak english, have high level tech skills and the exchange rate is very favorable for the US dollar. SJS may get a surprise to be contacted from the USA or elsewhere but its an opportunity to get some quality outsourcing for less than local rates. |

Minimum wage in NZ is $12.50 which is $7.04390 USD But you would do well offering US$10 per hour for tech stuff. |
