Online Business "Profit Sharing" Idea

I have a concept idea for an online business that would allow "investors" to receive a percentage of the profits made by the business.

The way it works is simple. Investors help pay for advertising the business, and in return, receive a percentage of the profits made by the online business.

One way this could be done is through sending the website traffic/leads to a link rotator which rotates through all of the investors' affiliate links.

This is pretty easy to implement but wanted to know if there are any "legal" issues with this :rolleyes: and if any online business or program has already done something similar to this.

    Isn't this the same as using affiliates vs being an affiliate? They promote and everyone benefits

      But I'm talking about basically doing the work of driving targeted traffic FOR affiliates. For example, a service where you pay to plug in your Clickbank ID, which is rotated with other people's Clickbank ID in a link that receives targeted traffic. So essentially, a traffic co-op where the traffic is sent to a rotator with everybody's affiliate links.

    Profit sharing is always a very popular method. I see nothing wrong with it, I believe it is completely legal.

    I was involved with various profit sharing deals in the past.
