Reliable Directory Submission Outsourcer Suggestions Please

Hi there,

I'm setting up a site where clients can purchase website directory submissions. The website is to be submitted to relevant directories for their niche and I'm looking for a reliable outsourcer to do the manual submissions for me. I can provide a list of directories (based on Vile Silencer list) or if they know what they're doing they can go ahead and just do it, but I don't want auto submissions.

I don't have time to do it myself and I don't want to just randomly pick someone from Elance etc. Can anyone suggest a company or person who could be relied upon for this service?

    Are you sure this is a good idea now that Penguin 2.0 has been rolled out and it incorporates data from the Google Disavow tool?

    Yes, that was a concern which is why I don't want any auto submitters etc.

    However, there are still directories out there that are decent and can help boost your SERP if used wisely, but certainly most of the directory submission services are pretty low-grade and are potentially harmful, hence wanting to find someone reliable who is not going to auto submit them (otherwise I'd hire someone on fiverr or somesuch).

    The idea is that careful directory selection would mean that using the Google disavow tool would be unnecessary. Not looking for a high-volume submitter, rather a person / company would could do a good and careful job of it. It's kind of a long story as to why I'm looking for this but would appreciate any recommendations.
