How many articles should I submit?

Well I been submitting articles for a short time now on ezine and have 26 submitted and approved. I'm getting a steady stream of about 20 visitors a day and make a sale about once every 3 days on the site I'm driving traffic too. I submit about 5 articles a week. Should I be submitting 10 articles a day? Whats a good amount to submit everyday? I also submit to other article directories but I seem to do the best with ezine. Let me know what you guys think is a good amount to be submitting everyday to see around 100 visitors a day. This is my first goal... 100 visitors a day.

Articles are great. The more the merrier, once it is good content. Is this the only form of traffic generation that you are using?

You know you can speak all your articles into audacity or a dictaphone and put them up on podcasting sites or even make a new product, just something to think about.

I was doing PPC as well, but I'm focusing more now on articles as I'm seeing better results and it seems to be more cost effective. So do you think 10 a day is a good amount? Or should I outsource and have like 20 to 30 a day? lol...

I'm actually trying to drive traffic to some blogs that i have. But it seems pretty time consuming to be posting on blogs and writing unique content to point to the blogs.

The way i look at traffic generation is...it's something you have to do everyday. Yes there are 1000s of different methods of generating traffic and i still think article writing is one the best methods of preselling targeted traffic.

You shouldn't have a figure in mind with article marketing. You should just write, write and write. Even if you wrote 100 articles a day for a week, you would get a shed load of traffic, some articles would get picked up on authority sites, some articles would get ranked highly in SERPs and some articles will hardly ever get read. But 1 common factor is that you will never continue to get the same amount of traffic every single day if you stop writing.

Therefore, if this is a niche that you intend to stick around in for a while, don't aim for a set number of articles to submit. Just keep submitting to EZA everyday and enhance your visitor numbers through other traffic generation methods as well. The moral - you must do something every single day to grow your business!

Right now I'm using just blogs and article marketing. I do submit to a few directories but it seems i can't break 20 visitors a day. Is it reasonable to get around 100 visits a day through article marketing or do I have to look into doing other things as well?

I agree, article marketing does provide good quality of traffic that converts. Chances are if the read through your article, click your link, and continue reading on... they are going to click all the way through.

Well I better keep writing then as much as I can. I'm going to outsource too. I'll be doing this for about a couple of months and see if i can reach 100 visitors a day.
