Constantly trying to crack my spam filters..

I have a guy who's on my blog every day, he's not using a bot, he actually sits on my blog trying to get the word out about this particular site, obviosuly he owns it.. maybe he wants a backink, who knows?

But he aint getting one because of his approach to this.. Now what I'm wondering should I head over to his site and contact him, asking him to stop with the comments, or leave him to it?
