a reliable article submission software?

hi Warriors,

I've been looking around for a reliable article submission software, and I'm not sure which one to pick.

When I say reliable it has to:
- submit articles only to established and authority article sites
- keep things safe, while automating the submission process as much as possible
- complying with the terms and conditions of the sites where it submits the content
- it is accepting my credentials to those sites, instead of fake logins or whatever else ( i can join all those sites and get the accounts ready for it).
- brings a report of what happened.
