What's the real deal with all this fiverring

It seems that just about every request for hiring an expert on WF, get the standard answer of pay someone five bucks on fiverr. Are people really doing this? Or is that just a good standard answer to give ?

    Fiverr is a really good place to get things done. It's just put out there because it's a cheaper method and a well known method. I use Fiverr a lot and i'm sure most people who recommend it do too

    You get a lot of value for your $5 on Fiverr if you know where to search for it and how to weed out all the low-quality offers.
    It's cheaper and more secure, it's really hard to get scammed there as you can always get your money back.
