PLR, RR, MRR or License Your Product?

Hello All,

Just about finished with a complete turn key product including headers, footers, graphics, ecovers, articles, autoresponders, key words, affilaite research, sales letter, testimonials) in a huge "desperate buyer" niche.

I am struggling with how to sell this.

Currently I am thinking of just selling a resell license to 500 people to limit the amount of people in the market. Even though it is huge.

But I don't want to dismiss:

Selling resale rights to an unlimited amount of people.
Or selling master resale rights to no more than 500 people.

PLR does not really excite me. But that seems to be the hot thing these days.

Just wanted to get your take on it.
What is more exciting/tempting to you?
Which offer has the most profit potential?
Any thoughts on pricing?
