Paypal India error with WarriorPlus (The primary receiver is based in a country that isn't enabled)

Hello Warriors,

I listed my product on WarriorPlus, tried a Test Purchase but end up with issues.

When i click 'Test Purchase' it says, "Paypal Error '580022': The primary receiver is based in a country that isn't enabled to send payments using balance"

My Paypal a/c is from India. Looks there are some Paypal legal restrictions from here (but Paypal allows to send/receive money). https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

I am WELL confused now.

That means I cannot sell anything in this world using Paypal ?

I worked hard almost 2 months to create this product. How do I go about with this situation ?

    Yes, you are not the first Indian to run into this problem with Warrior Plus. Apparently your accounts are not allowed to use adaptive payments I think.

    I am using paypal without any problem ( I am also from india ) . I think you received this error because in india you can not use paypal balance to pay , you have to pay through credit card. There is RBI guideline for it that your paypal balance will be transferred to your bank account on daily basis. Pls check , if your account is duly verified and attached with a credit card.

    Just add a Credit card and pay using using the credit card, issue will be resolved.

      I am from India ,Just create a WSO for selling my product in Warrior Marketplace. But when i click on myWSO button a following error is shown( The primary receiver is based in a country that isn't enabled to send payments using balance) I am also add my credit but same error msg is shown.

      Please help me

    Indian PayPal user can not use their PayPal balance for purchasing/sending payment. Also i have doubt No indian user will be able to purchase your product because of a Indian PayPal user can not send payment to another Indian PayPal user [With his credit card too]

    Indian user can't use adaptive payment methods. This method uses paypal balance to pay jv's ,affiliates and jvzoo fees. i am not sure if paypal can do this from credit card. instead of paypal balance.

    I'm too facing the same issue, i have my credit card linked to the paypal account, still face the same issue, looks like people from india can't list any wso on warriorplus or even can get the stuffs promoted through affiliates

      Hi,

      Looks like seller is also from India.

      Indian user cannot purchase products from Indian Seller through PayPal. Your best bet is to message/e-mail requesting Bank account and deposit funds

    I just posted a new wso and had the same problem when trying a test purchase.
    But, I think the payment button should be working okay.
    It's just that warriorplus automatically uses paypal balance as a payment source which isn't allowed for Indians.
    Hence this problem.
    The rest should work okay... I hope.

      But I can still make payments with paypal.
      I made the payment to post the wso, didnt I?
      It's only when I was testing my warriorplus buy button that the error appeared.

    The Paypal rules & regulations is differ from country to country, due to the International money laundering law. I think your country's paypal is rusticated sending options.

    Okay,I found out that even customers are getting the same error

      I've had the same issue. The buttons won't work. I finally had to change it to my own paypal buttons which didn't make sense since I posted my WSO using the Warrior payments system, but didn't see any other possible way to do it.

    if you need to launch your product through w+

    you can partner with any person who is not from india
