Need advice on Promoting my Real estate site for personal home sale.

I need some advice on the best way to go about promoting my real estate site....but it is mainly for the sale of my wife's personal property. The property is located on a tropical beach in the Philippines....so buyers could originate in any country. The Real estate agents so far in the Philippines....havent been good....so we have taken it upon ourselves to promote our property by creating a site for the property....but need to get it to rank high and also I was wondering if there is some kind of free classified listing software out there. Of course we will use agents and local classified ads...but we would like to do alot more to get the property out there to prospective buyers around the world.
Is there any other suggestions to promote this site we have created with our property for sale on it? Thanks any help is much appreciated!

    craigslist it with a fat html pic in your target country.

    guest blog in your niche and start getting those do follow links.

    target those easy to rank for keywords that pertain to what you are offering.

    To get it ranked high, I would not even waste my time on that. It can cost your a lot of money and time and still, there is no guarantee that your site will get ranked.

    If you want some fast results, I would advertise your website on a local newspaper or even just go online and see what the major newspapers will charge to have your website seen by potential buyers.

      You can actually contact various real estate business in various countries and actually drop then with your interest letter. Specially, what I have done for one of my client is-

      a) Wrote a statement of interest and what I am looking for from each estate and my expected price.
      b) How much, I am willing to share, if they can make a deal.

      Send it to UK estate agents like-
      a) Red doors
      b) Yourmove

      and so on and then did the same with USA agents

      Only 18 returned with interest and rest said sorry we do not help selling overseas property.

      Now, this is it, just communicate with the agents directly via email and phone calls and see what percentage you are willing to split.

      Normally, ask about 20-80 share on the total price but again, depending on the TOS you can always negotiate a price.

    you can place ads on classified sites offering coupons or discounts, place a banner also.
