Default Setting up email template in Outlook

Hi - I have a customer service email template that I currently use by cutting and pasting it from Word into a new email each time.

Is there a quicker way to automate this - ie have it set up as a template in outlook express somehow?

Thanks

John

Hey John

I've been doing this for years with ShortKeys. Check it out:

ShortKeys Home Page

It allows you to paste in blocks of text with a couple of key presses.

I hope it helps.

Cheers,

Neil
