How do you deliver Facebook likes/fans to a person buying a fiverr gig from me?

For say....

If I was selling either Facebook likes or fans, like 1,000 facebook likes, to a fiverr consumer that bought them from me in a fiverr gig... how would I deliver them to the customers fan page?

    Ask 1,000 of your friends to like their fan page.

    Are you being serious? You aren't familiar with Facebook but you are planning on selling likes? Lol. Those Fivver gigs are bots ie: fake profiles that never interact with anything. I would rather stab myself in the foot than ever purchase phony likes..
