When you post a message in a No-Follow Wordpress blog does Google ignore the No-Follow tag and still index the post?

The no-follow tag doesn't mean "don't index this." It means "don't pass my PageRank here." Or, in most cases, "this is a link which I have been or will be paid for making."

If you mean that the wordpress blog has NO-FOLLOW on the links that the comment above is right

    BUT

if you are talking about the NOFOLLOW header META tag (<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">) that that means that the robots will not index that page at all.

      Um, no.

It's the NOINDEX part that means they won't index the page.

The NOFOLLOW part still means not to pass PageRank.

Previous iterations of the Googlebot actually didn't follow the links, which inherently meant no PageRank was passed. This is no longer true; it still spiders the link, it just throws out the PageRank chain.

The post will be indexed, yes. However, the link you leave after leaving a comment on the blog will pass no weight, therefore won't benefit you in terms of climbing the ranks in Google. This is not as black and white as it seems though, any good backlink profile needs a healthy mixture of do and nofollow links so getting these links do still count towards rankings in a round about way.
