Payment gateways For Ecommerce Site
Just wondering if anyone knows about payment gateways. I'm setting up an ecommerce site and which ever way i turn i seem to be looking at large fees to except credit card payments.
It seems fairly easy to set up a paypal merchant pro account £20 a month but 3.4% + 20p per transaction.
Sagepay seems a lot chaeaper. £25 per month up to 1000 transactions no fees.
I was sort of hoping to handle everything on my own site with out redirecting for payment. not even sure that is possible.
Any help at all on the subject of taking payments on an ecommerce site would be greatly appriciated.
