Does Twitter Ever Unsuspend an Account?

We got our account suspended and it doesn't appear they reply to any tickets or anything?

And I've heard that if you start another twitter account they just will suspend that to ( not that we have. We only have 1 )

So what is the deal, have you got yours unsuspended? how did you do it?

    I had my account suspended but i applied for a ticket no reply and then i received another email stating that if i don't reply the case will be closed.

    I replied and my acc was reopened.
    Just be sure to state you wont continue doing the thing that suspended your account and you should be back up and running!

    P.S this took over a week so be patient!
