WSO's; pics or vids

Hi All

Which would be the better way to present my "How to" procedure manual for a WSO; by using explanatory screencap pictures, or videos? If video - software recommendations would be appreaciated (but I'll do a WF search anyway) and I would be looking at "screen/cursor" ones, not webcam.

      Video is more appealing but most people are not on high speed access ifs its a global product. If its a U.S. based product i would go with video. But is the product has global appeal go with the pics.

        I would use Camtasia 5.0 trial version. You can use it for 30 days and during that time you should be able to generate the cash needed to buy the full version when the expiration for the software ends.
