Amazon affiliate and adsense

INTERNET MARKETING

I know adsense very well and have earned alot by it but I have never used amazon affiliate. For the people who have tried both which one did you like the most?

As a personal preference, I'd go with Amazon over Adsense in 90% of situations.

I have tried amazon but depends on your topic. Some products are selling like hell on amazon, others not, you have to try until you figure what works.

  It depends on so many factors. The type of traffic, the site ... who of these two options is the best to send the traffic to.
  
  It would be interesting to see some real world examples of split testing between these two offerings. I would find it hard to believe that Amazon can out perform Adsense.

Two totally different animals. Adsense is better for "content" sites, IMO. While Amazon converts a lot better on sites built around the products you're promoting.
