Help! How to Sell My Social Networking Website?

Hey guys! I want to sell my social networking website, but someone on Fiverr told me it only appraises for $15. He told me I need to make it popular, but I don't have the time to do so, that's one reason why I'm trying to sell it. I've heard of ebooks that say they make money from creating new websites and flipping them for around $400. What do I have to do to get more for my website?

    Flippa is a good option to go with, $29 for listing try that first if it doesnt sell it may be the description, the website, revenue or the ranking.

    There are WSOs that teach you exactly how you can make money by flipping web sites with no revenue.

    In order to do that you have to create some value. The site does not have to make money but it should have some traffic.

    If you find somebody that needs exactly your web site you can even sell it without traffic and without earnings.

      Flippa is the internet's number one marketplace for dealing internet sites. Much like Etsy is an area for buying and selling concrete homemade items, Flippa is comprised of buyers excited in aged domain, big sites that are earning money currently, new websites that have genuine prospective and sellers hoping to remove sites that aren't worth their time and effort at all. And others sell them purposefully, as part of a company.

    Most of the domain appraisal softwares or sites don't give the correct value. Your site depends upon the ranking position in search engines,age,domain length,content,back-links.
