Expired Domains Question
In order to get a valuable expired domain (not some crap with fake PR etc.), I've been told that you'd have to check some stuff, like if there are any pages indexed (site:domain.com) or if the PR is fake (info:domain.com, if a domain OTHER than the expired domain in question shows up, the PR is fake).
Now I've often encountered domains where absolutely NOTHING shows up when I do the info:domain.com search. "No results for..." - Could somebody please explain to me what that could indicate?
Also, would you hesitate with an expired domain purchase simply because the site: and info: command didn't return anything - if so, why?
