Does anyone know what an ad server is called? And if there's any service out there that exists?

I'm interested in setting up a server where it houses a bunch of landing page links and gives me a redirect links that I can use for ads in adwords. Do you guys know of any service like that? Or what is this server even called?
Here's a flowchart of what I want:
Created a new landing page > put link in the server > server spits out a code > put code in the url forexample.com?lp=code938420934 > Then I'll use this url as the destination url for adwords.
