I am having a pinterest account in my personal name. I have a site for the last more than one year and pin my articles of this site under the various boards in my pinterest account.

Now I have set up another site. Should I open a separate pinterest account for this new site or pin my articles in the pinterest account I am already having.

You can probably do it either way, but it depends on how you set up your first account.

For instance, if your account username and all boards are on the topic of weight loss and your new site is home décor, then you will want a new Pinterest account.

But if you set up your Pinterest account under your own name and you pin a variety of topics on your boards, then you can create a specific board (or boards) for your new site.

Or do both. Set up a business Pinterest account for your website and re-pin some of those pins to your personal Pinterest boards.

    Hope this helps!

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

I've never used Pinterest before. Just wondering, does it work in the IM niche?

In my opinion, no, it doesn't work for IM.

People (mostly women) share images of things they like - recipes, clothes, hairstyles, cute babies, etc. - and Pinterest is kind of like a scrapbook to them.

That's not to say that there isn't any IM stuff on Pinterest, because there is, but I just don't see it as being very profitable for the IM niche, except possibly for branding purposes.
