FTP to many sites

I have a customer that needs about 150 installation of a software product setup. Also have to create a database for each. What would you do to streamline this process? Unfortunately I don't have root access for this client.

    I will ask my team member to do it (to save my own time :-)

    He will:
    -> Two tiny files to upload to all ftp folders (one for remote upload, one for unzip from url)
    -> Access that file from url to remotely upload the .zip of your software
    -> Access that unzip from url and unzip the whole software from the browser..

    Then for databases:
    If cpanel is available, he can use some auto script for cpanel to create all databases at once in loop. (I remember I have used some cpanel commands in the past to create 50+ databases at one time, but have not used it recently so do not know if it works anymore...)

    If above does not work, he has to do it manually.

    Yes it seems that this job is going to take lot of manual intervention.
