non explicit site blocked as sexually explicit

I am at the library and trying to look at a site that someone wants redone. However it is blocked as sexually explicit even though he's selling construction equipment. I can only think that he bought a domain name that used to be used for something else.

I googled for a list of places to submit for unblocking as I imagine he is blocked on more than one filtering service, but I couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know a site with a list of filtering companies to check and contact to unblock sites?

    Do you have the same problem when you access it from "not a library"? The library may have some strict filters that are catching something on the site in error.

      Haven't had the chance. I spoke to them about it. They use an outside service and we have submitted a removal from their block list request. I am concerned that he is probably on a bunch of block lists and would like to clear them all for him but I don't see a list of these filtering software or where one would go to submit for reconsideration.
