A Basic Word Document Question...

I have an inquiry about Word Document formatting (MS Word 2007). I just completed a document in the justify format (Ctrl + J), with the beginning of each paragraph indented (left side). However, whenever I view the work in the Full Screen Reading layout, the entire document is showing everything in justify format and the paragraph indentations seen in the original work are gone. What adjustments would I have to make in the original work formatting to see the indentations in the Full screen Reading layout?

  • Wizman,

Have you tried readjusting the settings in the ribbon after changing the view. Sometimes when you change views in word, some features like the ruler don’t appear anymore. Its like you can customize each view.

Maybe you can find an answer here,

How to adjust the indents in Microsoft Word.

    Best,
