Default Wordpress "registered user content drip feed" plugin

Hey guys n gals,

Perhaps you can help me out here..

Im looking for a wordpress plugin that lets me drip feed content to registered users in the same way an autoresponder works.

eg:
person signs up, logs in and sees new content drip fed to them over time.

another person signs up a few days later and sees the content drip fed to them as well.

Is there such a plugin or a mix of plugins that achieve this goal?

I saw a WSO named wpDripFeeder but the drip feeding needs to be timed according to when the user signed up for their account.

Any ideas?

If I dont find one I'll have it coded up and share it for free.

You might want to try WordPress Membership Plugin :: Membership Software WishList Member. I haven't used it yet, but I've heard great things about it.

I have read up on wishlist and am pretty sure it does offer that feature and many others, I intend to get wishlist as soon as I can afford to, so it might be worth checking it out from the link that "InfoAcademy" gave you

Sean, with the WordPress WishList Member plug-in you create a membership level for each step of your process and then use the "Sequential Upgrade" feature to deliver your content. You set each membership level to auto-upgrade to the next level based on days. This allows a new member to sign-up and start with the first step no matter when they join your process. You can have unlimited membership levels. Great for training modules or slowly granting access to bonus material for example.

I've seen some Wordpress plugins that will let you set how many days from the last time the content was released, before releasing new content, as their way to drip content.

This seems as close to an autoresponder as you can get.

I am probably going to go with Wishlist, but is the above how they drip content? They must be UPGRADED to new membership levels? Can you set a content time release within the same member level?

Yes, they must be upgraded. It's a tedious task. Here's what I want to do: For example, set up 100 posts, split into 20 categories of 5 posts each. Deliver one post per day. Post #1 comes on day 1, Post #2 comes on day 2, etc. So in this case, it would be a 5 month membership. Of course, you'd want to add content so subscribers stay...

With Wishlist Member, you have to set up 100 membership levels, tell the system which specific post belongs to which specific level, and go from there.

ADDITIONALLY, you have to create 100 different products in your payment processor and 100 different aweber lists.

VERY TEDIOUS. Is there a better way with WLM? Have I misunderstood the concept? Can WLM do this any easier?

What would be far superior is to set up a recurring monthly membership (say, "Silver") in which the subscriber gets post #1 on day 1, post #2 on day 2, etc.

Furthermore, if a sub quits on post #16, and then rejoins, he comes back on at #17. It would be nice to have the option of giving a subscriber access to old posts, or not. Depends on your membership concept.

Anybody have suggestions?

I LIKE WLM, but it's seriously lacking in this department. Another great thing would be total integration with autoresponders, such that one could set up 100 messages (gentle reminders) for those 100 posts and the timing would be dead-on.

I'm no developer, but how hard does this have to be?
