Bringing in more clients...?

I've been a cartoonist for hire for the last few years online and every passing year I'm getting more clients and making more money through my website.

However, I know I can do better and I really need to start making more money.

I'd love to hear your suggestions. My site is >here<

What could I change about my site (design/ wording or otherwise) that would help me bring in even more clients? I'd like to convert more who come to my site.

I'm also about to start a Google Adwords campaign and would really like my site to be at its best to enhance conversion rates.

Could my wording maybe be more persuasive? Does the overall design look tired?

Would greatly appreciate any help you may have even if it's basic spelling or grammatical errors I may have missed.

    Wow I love your works....

Myself I am trying to learn to make cartoons but

Your wording is OK and design is OK too but I think you can make the design more nice.

Why not convert the whole site to WP?

    My 2 cents.

Love the site design, but it does not put me in a buying mindset.

Consider converting to wordpress and making blog posts on your designs, give each cartoon a little back story. Doesnt have to be long.

Your work is great by the way, really impressed.

Thanks so much for your kind words

I have thought about converting to a wordpress site, however, I worry it may affect my fairly decent rankings for the worse as it performs pretty okay at the moment. What do you guys think?

Yes your site is doing good in Google...

In that case its not worth taking risk ... since you know HTML... you can easily edite the texts urself.

then perhaps work on the design and colors only a bit

    I like your work.

I don't see any attempt at building a list. Why not? I would think lots of people would like to hear from you on a regular basis. You have a great topic, not a lot of competition, and a lot to talk about (you have a blog, you are writing a book, mentoring aspiring cartoonists, learning animation, etc).

You have better real-world material to work with than 90% of the people on WF. Nurture a mailing list of interested prospects, and they will become a strong pipeline of future clients.

    Good work,

My suggestion would be to do some research and check out your competitors. I'm pretty sure that they'll have landing pages with Call To Actions making you're paid traffic more worth while. See if you can find some competitors and take a look at how their presenting (including their PPC ads) as they'll usually be promoting to some sort of landing page.

Are you kidding? You have a simple yet established brand!

Did you try outsourcing for SEO services?
You have a great talent in your field but that doesn't mean you can also do marketing skills.

You have a healthy market niche, you just need to voice out your service.
    1. You can hire an internet marketer or reliable SEO provider to work out your ranking.
    2. If opportunity does not knock on your door better chase them, You can do a cold calling via telephone, email or social network.
