YouTube / Video promotional tools?

Hey Guys,

I'm looking to give a video campaign an extra kick with some video tools. I've taken all the traditional steps to get your videos optimized on YouTube, but I'm looking for a way we can even further promote these videos.

I know there are things floating around out there, but does anyone have particular tools they use / can vouch for in terms of effectiveness?

I spotted this one on forum, which seems like it's doing what I'm looking for, has anyone used it? http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...-warriors.html

    That tool has been around forever, basically it scrapes info from videos and allows you to replicate the best rank videos and then repost, preferably with your own modifications. I don't know if it's still effective or relevant but it actually made me my first $$ online. I'd be interested to see what others think of it now. Maybe I should pick it up again
