Good idea RogueOne - I have a blog with about 800 posts that are in some older strange platform and I need someone to cut and paste and format them in a Joomla blog site

Why looking for Philipino only, sir? Jobs are pretty easy looking. U can get lot from many countries. U should try odesk.com.

I also work in oDesk. I did such job in wordpress site.
I am working continuously. But not offering me as I have no experience as VA, though I have confidence that I can do it. We Bangladeshies also work in low rate.

Choose VA with over 100 or more hours experience.
Hope it will be better.
