INTERNET MARKETING

Just out of perverse curiosity - and little bit of boredom - how many websites do you guys currently own?

How much money do you make off them? Also, how long do you keep a not-well-performing website before letting it go?

I manage to take care for 5 blogs. I know it's a small number, but I also offer many online services that keep me busy all day long.

I own two but my ghostwriting site Ghostwriting Services | Top Ghostwriting Services Available for Hire is the one that makes money. The other one has not been updated for a while since I am concentrating on offering services right now.

I have just 1 site, and a blog. They do well. I would probably test out a non-money making website for 2 months to see if it has potential or not. I usually throw alot of paid advertising to a new website to see if it's capable of at least generating leads. But if it can even generate a free lead, i drop it and go to a different niche... then repeat the test again.

  Really? Just 2 months? I found that it usually takes around 4 - 5 months to really know. But then again, I don't do any promotion - yea, I know, stupid but it's just soooo boring. My sites are left to rank totally naturally and I've found that the increase in traffic is huge around the 4th month. Like, one of my sites that I built earlier this year went from around 300 visitor per month to over 6,000 per month in 4 months.

I currently have 3 websites in the make money online niche. I used to have 10 or more offers on each one but now I have all of them directed to one single program which I am doing well with.

I have 1 website in the stop smoking niche but that one never took off for me like I wanted it too.
