Their Facebook and Twitter pages show a disturbing history of server downtime the past couple years, so I would assume this is another one of those times.

Their website isn't loading for me and this isn't the first time this has been reported:

Have you tried FaceBook or Twitter?

I know, thinking time for a move. Hard to deal with, I have a lot of sites there, mostly clients. Any suggestions for a good reseller hosting service?

I know, I noticed that too. At first I thought it was a recent update, but then realized it was old. So, now what? Wait and see if they come back online. Fingers crossed, then guessing time to make a move.

I know, I am very worried. I have some backups, but not everything. I hope they come back on and then I guess I need to start finding a more reliable host....

I was just doing some research for the same thing the past couple days. I found this short list of reseller hosts that might help you: http://www.prchecker.info/reseller-hosting.php

If you need advice on how to choose one, PM me and I'll do some free consultation with you.

There's been multiple threads over the past few years about this company having problems...

I believe the company was sold at some point last year as well.

I know. I was hoping they would come back on so I could get the websites I don't have backups for.....no luck. Do you have any suggestions for a good reseller hosting service?

If you are lucky you may be able to recover some or all of the content using the cached results in Google, Yahoo and Bing,.. hurry though before the site's get re-crawled

Use something like Stablehost or Site5, and you'll never have any more issues.
    Simple as that.
Avoid most of the no-name companies (kiddies, amatuers)
or the "big unlimited" (EIG) junk like Hostgator, Bluehost, JustHost, Fatcow -- all the SAME company -- etc.

I bolted from Bolt when they bolted last year. Started of as an awesome host, sites were running so fast, support was top notch. Then the owner Christian sold it, no-one knew until our sites all disappeared for days, some even weeks on end. Stay away.

Most distressing experience I ever had with a hosting company.

You see a lot of this now. People start web hosting companies in hopes of getting rich overnight, then can't handle the work or don't have the knowledge. You then end up with so called "companies" being sold off or just flat out drop off the internet....customer data and all.

          "now"?

It's been like this for a long time. :p

Joe Blow gets a dedicated server and he decides he'd like to make some money, so he sells hosting. Suddenly, his hosting operation is his "company" as you've stated, and Joe Blow is "CEO" of said "company" that is run from his apartment, dorm room, mother's basement... etc.

Lol, I remember this post from last year: How to become the CEO of your own Hosting Company in ten easy steps for under $200 - Web Hosting Lounge - Web Hosting Talk

Step #7: Create a Twitter and Facebook page. Head over to fiverr.com and pay a few people to add thousands of likes to your page and followers to your Twitter. Potential clients will definitely sign-up for your service when they see how many other people are following you. You're legit now. Under $20.

Step #8: Create some $1/month Open-VZ plans and post on LET/WHT.

Step #9: Sell out of plans.

Step #10: Sit back and relax. Be proud of yourself. You can now tell everyone you know that you're a CEO and your business is in high demand.

Bonus step: Now that you're a successful businessman, hit up some forums and pretend to know what you're talking about. Let everyone know that you built your business with hard work and care about your customers. Unlike the other web hosting companies out there, you're in this for the long haul and have a solid business plan.

Well that looks like a complete action plan for success!

              I like step #4...

Step #4. Make sure you use the words "we" and "CEO" as many times as possible when creating your web site.
This can be seen a lot if you follow the signature links of WF members. e.g. "Hi, I'm Bob Roberts, CEO of SocialMediaViralCloudCoaching.blogspot.com. We at SocialMediaViralCloudCoaching.blogspot.com are a really big, big successful business that is not run from a public library computer ...."

Fake it til you make it!

              Lol

But this bit is even funnier..

"Help - I already have a CEO, a CFO, a CIO, a Social Media Expert, and a Marketing Director, but we don't have any customers, financing, servers, or a business plan! Why aren't we making any money?!?"
              HaHaaaa

I remember this old saying from a London cabbie "Cheap no good, good no cheap"

Peanuts and monkeys spring to mind.
Sympathy though for the OP and anyone else using this service.
