Look at the sold auctions on Flippa. See how much sites with a similar amount of traffic and revenue sold for.

That should give you a pretty good range of how much your website can sell for.

The simple answer is to have built websites with great content or a unique product to sell that actually have traffic and revenue. Without knowing more about the sites, no one can tell you, but if there's no traffic and revenue, chances are people will not be willing to pay much for them.

People pay good money for websites mainly because of the net profits of the site, the traffic and the user base. If your website is already making good money, the next step is to draft a good description, sales page and list on Flippa.

Alternatively, you can approach some of the website brokers and see if they are able to fetch a good price for you as they have a large pool of accessible and willing buyers.

If the website has good traffic and revenue, you will have buyers. If the website has no revenue then you won't get much for it. You have a number of good post comments from your question - good luck!

It's important to research what other similar sites are selling for. On Flippa you can always set a reserve price that if it doesn't meet it then it won't sell. If it's a fair price it will sell BUT if you put an 'ego' price (that YOU think it's worth), you might have it on your hands a while.

      Good luck

In my opinion, the best way to sell a site is through a broker.

Obviously, you have to pay the broker a commission, but you can often get more for the site than you expected. Plus, it makes the site selling process more hands-off.
