Developing info product

Hi there,

I am wondering if anybody can help me. I am about to launch my website soon. The website will be focused on the weight loss niche. At moment I only have some physical products to sell.

I am slowly waking up to the fact, i need to develop at least 1 information product for me to sell.

I intend to develop a weight loss course and package it as an ebook. I.E. An ebook course. The question is how much content do I need to produce to make it really worthwhile.

I would like to sell it for $47. Do you think that would be realistic. Or what would I need to produce to sell it for that price?

I know that it is a very broad question, I would just be intersted in hearing from people who may have sold products of a similar value. How extensive was the product?

You might want to start out a little lower on the price. You can always improve on the ebook over time. I would also look at your current sales. If you doing a dozen sales a day already, then the $47 ebook may sell some units more quickly, than if traffic is just trickling in right now.
